I believe the focus of exercise should be on health and not aesthetics or performance. Stress and anxiety affects our health directly and exercise and breathing are excellent tools to help us to reduce the adverse affects. My holistic approach acknowledges that every person needs to nurture their mental, emotional and physical health through exercise, breathing, enough sleep, good nutrition and emotional support. We all operate within our own frequency and need to find a rhythm that suits our lifestyles. With regular exercise you can manage stress, high blood pressure & cholesterol, diabetes, anxiety and depression. I hope to teach people to exercise safely and find activities that bring them joy. Some people will love training with me and others I will teach to train by themselves or find a group or App that works for them. Breathe deeply often, exercise within your physical means, keep the risk low and enjoy yourself!
